潮安区凤凰单丛茶产区 Fenghuang Dancong Tea Planting Area in Chao'an District

       凤凰单丛茶，潮州市潮安区特产，国家地理标志产品，被誉为“茶中香水”，以香型众多、韵味独特而闻名。潮安区凤凰单丛茶产区涵盖凤凰、归湖、赤凤三镇32个行政村。核心区凤凰镇截至2025年底，茶叶种植面积近5867公顷，年产干毛茶9167吨，从业人员3.5万人，境内保存1.5万株百年以上古茶树。

       作为单丛茶主要产区，凤凰镇在绿色低碳与可持续发展方面形成了一批示范点位。凤凰镇棋盘村生态茶园采用数字化管理，布设智能传感设备，实现浇水、施肥、防虫等环节的精准决策，引进无人机承担茶青吊运、植保作业，破解运输难题。产区还设有凤凰单丛茶博物馆，占地面积约7500平方米，是一座集收藏、展览、研究工夫茶文化及开展茶事活动等功能于一体的专业博物馆。

Fenghuang Dancong tea, a specialty of Chao'an District, is a geographical indication product of China. Known as the "perfume among teas", it is famed for its rich range of aromas and distinctive lingering flavor. The Fenghuang Dancong tea-growing area spans 32 administrative villages across Fenghuang, Guihu, and Chifeng towns in Chao'an District. By the end of 2025, there was 5,867 hectares of tea plantations in Fenghuang Town, the core town, with an annual output of 9,167 tons of dried raw tea and 35,000 people working in the industry. The town also preserves 15,000 ancient tea trees of over 100 years old.

As a major Dancong tea-producing area, Fenghuang Town has developed a number of demonstration sites for green, low-carbon, and sustainable development. The Qipan Village Ecological Tea Plantation uses digital management and smart sensors to support precise decision-making in irrigation, fertilization, pest control, and other processes. Drones are used to lift and transport fresh tea leaves and carry out plant protection operations, overcoming transportation difficulties in mountainous tea gardens. Fenghuang Dancong Tea Museum in the area is a specialized museum covering about 7,500 square meters that combines collection, exhibitions, research on Gongfu tea culture, and tea activities.
