问题：在湖北省疫情防控严峻的当前形势下，还能向湖北邮寄物品吗？

回答：据向国家邮政管理部门的了解，目前向湖北邮寄物品，原则上没有限制。建议优先选择邮政、顺丰、京东这三家承运快递，但邮寄时间会比平时长。另外，目前在湖北省的人员无法寄送快递出省。

Question: Can parcels be delivered to Hubei province at the period of strict prevention and control ?

Answer: According to the Post administration authorities, there is no restrictions to post parcels bound for Hubei province. But at the period of prevention and control, we advise you to choose from the following three courier companies, China Post, SF Express, and JD Logistics for post service. Besides, it will take longer time than usual to deliver a parcel.

问题：近期从外地来粤该怎么做？

回答：湖北省来粤人员或途径湖北中转人员请记录来粤的时间、车次（车牌、车票、航班号、座位号）。到达广东时主动向所在市的社区、工作单位或者入住的酒店等申报，需要对您实施14天的居家隔离或者集中隔离观察，请配合相关人员的工作。

其他地区来粤人员，请每日观察自己及家人的健康状况，自来粤之日起，一般需要观察14天，在此期间避免参加聚会和集体活动。

Question: What should you do if you came to Guangdong province from other regions?

Answer: If you came from Hubei Province or made a transit in Hubei province, Please do as follows:

First, note down your transportation details such as train/flight number, seat number, or license plate of the vehicle, etc.

Second, inform the community you live, your employer or the hotel you are staying in upon arrival.

Third, undergo a 14-day self-monitored or collective quarantine.

Your cooperation with the community staffs, doctors and police officers is highly appreciated.

If you came from other regions, please pay close attention to you and your family members’ health status. Please avoid gatherings or other group activities within 14 days upon arrival in Guangdong.
