Wang Shitong, Deputy Director General of GDFAO and Vice Chairman of GDPAFFC, met with visiting Diana Lau,Administrative Director of Medical Center of University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) on May 6, 2008.

    Wang extended his welcome to the visiting guests before making a briefing concerning Guangdong’s social and economic development, saying he wishes Lau’s visit would further expand Guangdong California exchanges and cooperation in medical area, especially in cardiovascular treatment to benefit local people.

    Lau also paid a visit to the Cardiovascular Institute of Guangdong Provincial People’s Hospital and the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University in Guangzhou apart from her Shenzhen and Zhongshan tour.
