The 3rd session of the Study Course for Executives of Guangdong Provincial-level State-Owned & Private Enterprises, sponsored by the Organization Department of the CPC Guangdong Committee and co-sponsored by GDFAO, was scheduled to kick off in Korea from October 11 to November 18, 2006. The 24-member group will undertake their theory study and practice training in Seoul National University, SK Chemicals and KT Group, Inc. respectively. It is aimed to improve their capability in response to the complicated and ever-changing global competitiveness and study the methods and techniques to solve actual corporate problems under new circumstances.

    On October 9, the Organization Department of the CPC Guangdong Committee hosted a meeting for the members prior to their departure. GDFAO Deputy Director General Wang Shitong was invited to make a report on Sino-Korea relations along with a briefing on Guangdong-Gyeonggi cooperation and course-related information.

    Gyeonggi government has been in active support of the course to ensure its effect and quality. The course is regarded as one of the most essential parts of Guangdong-Gyeonggi exchanges.
