Guangdong Foreign Affairs Service Center (FASC) is a state-own enterprise and directly belongs to Guangdong Foreign Affairs Office (DGFAO).

    FASC has been certified by the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Public Security as a legal overseas study and exit-entry agency with the government approval document “Jiaowaizongzirenzi [2002] 233” and “Yuegongjingzhunzi [2002] 0028” respectively.
