Implements the nation's foreign policies and guidelines. Based on the nation's general diplomatic policies and the "Development driven by foreign relations" Strategy by the provincial committee of CPC and the provincial government, the Association is aimed at seeking provinces, states and cities with possibility in establishing friendship ties with Guangdong and the related preparations through exchanges and cooperations between social channels and related government departments in terms of international econmy, trade, science & technology, education, culture, art, public health and sports. Guides the related operations in each subordinate cities in conducting social exchanges with foreign countries.
