Examines and approves the application of interviews by foreign journalists on invitation of each central department and provinces and feature film crews from Hong Kong and Macao SARs; Administrates and guides the related matters regarding the reception of foreign journalists, foreign news agencies and affiliated reporters in Guangdong. Deals with the visa notices and customs inspection procedures for foreign journalists to Guangdong; Responsible for the external publicity and research in the new era regarding foreign affairs, guides the construction and management of tourists sites for foreign personnel in Guangdong.
