Responsible for the issuance of Service Passport for personnel from departments within the jurisdiction of Guangdong Province and institutions accreditted to Guangdong by the central government, application for service visa, travel pass to Hong Kong and Macau SARs and the visa notice, certification for official travels abroad (or out of the territory of Mainland China);

Visa issuance for officials of consulates general in Guangzhou;

Training and management of personnel responsible for the issuance operations of service passport and visa within the jurisdiction of Guangdong and institutions accredited to Guangdong by the central government;

Guides the work of the take-over of service passports and travel pass.
